Welcome to my website...new address, a shorter name to remember and type, and a whole lot more images for you to enjoy.

As you might guess, my name is Dudley Harris.
I was born in Waco, Texas in 1942. Other facts include:

I've been taking pictures since I was in high school. During the past ten years I've been shooting assignments and selling prints. I have had exhibits at the Institute of Texan Cultures, The University of Texas Medical School and Cappycino's restaurant. A series of my prints depicting life in rural India currently decorates the UNICEF Headquarters in New Delhi. My work is featured in the book, Children of India. In my spare time I enjoy throwing some clay (pottery) and practice ophthalmology in San Antonio, Texas.

I made the switch to digital about three years ago. I now shoot with the Phase One P-25 back mounted on a Hasselblad H-1.  This system provides 22megapixels with a 16-bit depth, and it produces really stunning images.  I process all the work myself in Photoshop.  And I print the images using an Epson 2200 inkjet printer.
